What are the shipping and delivery times?
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery times to the US usually take 8 to 18 business days.
How can I track my package?
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using our website for it . Go to" Track Your Order" page and paste your tracking number.
What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at info@flexyscope.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Can I return my product for a refund?
Sure! We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.
Can I be charged with import duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Tax fees may vary depending on the country the order is shipped to. Each country/state has its own threshold after which taxes will be applied. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
The store cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package and will not cover any additional charges for customs clearance. Note, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
